Proof of status:
Fellow, Resident, Trainee: please upload a copy of student card or official statement of university or Institution letterhead.
Orthoptist: supporting letter from employer and CPS card or Adeli number or URSSAF registration number or copy of diploma.
Registration fees include:
- Participation in scientific and sponsored sessions,
- Access to coffee breaks and lunches*,
- Congress document case,
- A certificate of attendance will be provided a few days after the event.
*Coffee breaks and lunches organized during the congress are financed by the congress. Residents are reminded, however, that current regulations do not allow them to benefit from the snacks offered by our partners.

EBAC ACCREDITATION
14 EBAC® CE credits
Please note that the Maculart International Meeting 2025 has been accredited for a total effective education time of 14 EBAC® CE credits.
The American Medical Association (AMA) and the European Board for Accreditation of Continuing Education for Health Professionals (EBAC®) have renewed a CME agreement under which select activities approved for EBAC® CE credits/points are eligible for conversion of the hours of participation to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be notified by email to maculart@europa-organisation.com and are subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation 45 days or more before the Event: refund with deduction of €40 administration fees
- Cancellation less than 45 days before the Event: no refund
Name changes are possible for the same type of registration. They won’t be possible on site.
The Organizing Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration or visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply.

During the Maculart Meeting Congress 2025, we are excited to offer your spouse the opportunity to discover some of the most iconic and hidden treasures of Paris.
We are organising three half-day tours on Sunday morning, and on Monday and Tuesday afternoons.
With these tours, your spouse will be able to discover the incredible and oh-so Parisian covered passages, to visit the famous Marais district, known for its charming streets and rich history, and to live a typical Parisian experience at a café or restaurant for a relaxing and convivial moment.
